A Letter from Kristen Ralston, new President of Cape Fear Youth Hockey Association

Hello Cape Fear Family.

I am honored to be elected President of this growing association. I look forward to serving for the next two years, continuing the traditions and legacy of our Warriors: Growing our Cape Fear brand. Expanding our outreach into the community. Cultivating and mending relationships. Providing a hockey skills developmental model that is closest to USA Hockey.

The board who serves this association is dedicated, hard working and has the love of our players in their hearts. I can already see that each individual is working hard to ensure that families and players have the best experience and resources available to develop further on and off the ice. There are many new and exciting things in the works for Cape Fear Youth Hockey Association. And as always, fine-tuning the things that can be improved on from years prior.

I have a deep love for Cape Fear Warriors and the families that give so much to provide their player with this unique hockey experience. I keep saying "This is amazing!!!" It is true! What Cape Fear provides is exciting, fun, and unlike anything around North Carolina. We are different-standing out and being unique gives us amazing opportunities. I promise to serve with my heart, and use my skills to help guide our Warrior family. Thank you again for your support. I'm honored and look forward to rolling up my sleeves and getting to work.

Kristen Ralston
President, CFYHA
